Our home staging process is simple, because selling your home shouldn’t be complicated.

Qualifying Call

Consultation

An in-person consultation is booked to visit the job site. A site visit is integral when it comes to home staging so we can gain a better sense of our canvas. Our team will come to your home to assess site conditions, access considerations, etc. We will take all of the information that has been gathered and create a quote and timeline for your approval.

Conceptual Design

A staging concept/strategy is developed and presented for your approval. Mood boards and drawings are created and sent for approval. Any revisions that are required to the staging strategy can be made at this point.

Project Installation

We take care of it all from beginning to end and ensure that your home is presented in the best light possible!

Project Removal

Once the project closes, our team will remove all staging elements from your home.
